Contains the following modules and features

Database Manager
- The Database Manager is a module that allows users to easily build database files for items used frequently when creating a cost estimate.
- Items added to the database are available when quoting by simple pull down menus and can be added to the cost estimate with a simple mouse click.
- Area available in the Database Manager include :
  - Material Cost ... store material cost by weight, length, bar stock, plate stock or forging / individual piece.
  - Perishable Tooling ... an area often overlooked is made quick and easy with KipwareQTEŽ.
  - Labor / Workcenter ... contains hourly rate & efficiency factors for all your shop equipment.
  - Non-Machining Costs ... services can be set-up using either a flat cost or hourly rate.
  - Markup Database ... allows user to pre-set an individual cost markup percentage for all of the areas above.
- Various printing and reporting options are available for all of the above areas.

Quoting & Estimating Module
- This is the main KipwareQTEŽ module where cost estimates are created and reporting and other features are initiated.
- Areas available for inclusion in cost estimates are :
  - Material costs
  - Unlimited number of Perishable Tooling costs
  - Labor costs
  - Programming costs
  - Set-Up costs
  - Unlimited number of Non-Machining type costs
- Quotations are automatically created from your estimates and can include :
  - Up to (6) different quantities can be included.
  - Individual mark-up's can be applied to each of the (6) quantities.
  - Quotations can be output to a printer using our pre-defined form which can include the users logo ... to a CSV spreadsheet file ... to a text file ... or to a PDF file for emailing using cutePDF.
  - Users defined conditions are included in all quotation outputs.
- A Bill of Material output can automatically be created from any estimate includes a complete list of material requirements, number and types of perishable tooling required, labor / machine requirenments and non-machining cost requirements.
- Packing Lists can be automatically prepared from any estimate.
- Invoices can be automatically prepared from any estimate and can be output to a printer using our pre-defined form which can include your company logo. Output can be to a printer using our pre-defined form which can include the users logo ... or to a PDF file for emailing using cutePDF.
- Different Currencies - user configurable for quoting / estimating using a variety of different currencies including DOLLAR, EURO, POUND, FRANC, YEN, PESETA, RUPEE or any other user defined currency.
- Charting - KipwareQTEŽ comes standard with many charting tools including pie charts, bar graphs and text charts so you can quickly and easily analyze your data when quoting.
- Multi-User friendly - Users can set the software to point to central location where the database files are stored so multiple users will be using the same data.

Assembly Estimating Module
- This module allows users to include previously created cost estimates along with individual components to create an assembly estimate.
- Contains most of the same reporting features as the main KipwareQTE cost estimating module.

Analysis Module
- This module allows users to quickly and easily compare cost estimate data against actual cost data using pie charts, graphs and text.
